strangly enough the only jacket I like for comfort is my columbia bugaboos, I got 3 of them just because of this. I have two in black and one in red/grey. They have the removable liners and are warm as any other jacket with the fleece in. They are great for just a shell layer too when you take out the fleece liner. You can also wear the fleece seperately.... They are pretty plain jackets but they dont look bad at all. I have an oakley jacket that is not too shaby either but its more of an early/late season jacket(no liner, cant handle negative temperature days well).
