I have the sf45 on my raptor x 169 and ride size 12 synapse wides. I really like the bindings and would highly recommend on any aggressive all mountain or freeride setup. My only complaint of the sf45 is the weight. Other than that, the feel is great, very responsive but with good dampening. I don't have much overhang and can carve pretty deep without any problems. If I remember the SA is pretty wide so I doubt you'll have any problems. The sf45 has adjustable heel and toe plates so you can limit binding overhang if you're worried about that. The heel cup fits the synapse wides snug but not too tight. If I had the money I'd probably go with the DMCC for a little weight savings but overall I've been very please with the sf45.
