The good and the bad for protective equipment
Just wanting to pass along my impression of a couple of pieces of equipment that I've bought.
These knee/shin pads
are great. Good fit, sized to end just above the boot. Removable hard shell with padding underneath. Recommended.
These impact shorts
I can describe in two words. Use. less. About the only thing they provide any protection for is the cold lift chair, and even that's not great. Buy s couple of towels, stick them down your pants, you'll get as much protection.
