hey everyone, I have a 157 wide arrpeture alibi, ride ex bindings. My stance is set at 22" and bindings are at +16/-16. the problem im having is i get one run in and my upper legs are on fire to the point of needing to stop for a while. does anyone have any ideas what may be causing the upper leg pain.......please help 5"11 198 lbs
are you stretching before hitting the hill? how in shape are you? try playing around w/ your stance width. it's personal preference (i'm 5'8" w/ 23 " width 15/-15). sometimes i will get that feeling if its one of my first runs of the season but i power through it and usually goes away after a couple runs. drinking water helps too.
