Forcing myself to duck?
After buying an Evo-R (my first board apart from rentals), decided to set it up at slight duck (+9, -9), so that I could get the full functionality of riding switch. But, I'm finding I learned some bad habits, mainly that I am still twisting my upper body and rear knee to face down the mountain, since most rentals I used were set up forward. Obviously, this is really torching my rear knee. Anyone have tips to correct this? I try to keep shoulders parallel with the board but always find myself turning by the time I get a quarter of the way down the run. Thinking of picking up a knee brace for next season (my knee is still bothering me 2 months after my last runs, might need to get it checked out), but would really like to attack the root cause.
