Did you experience a fundamental shift in attitude when you were learning to board?

That needs a little explaining. This year was a really good one for me for learning. I've noticed that in the last month or so I've stopped thinking in terms of things I can or can't do, and started thinking in terms of things I haven't done yet. It's a big change from last year where I was basically dismissing the idea of park or big jumps or drops (you know, the really fun stuff).

So do you remember when you started thinking "fuck, I can do that.." ? I know some of you egomaniacs always thought that way -- you're the ones who were trying rails on your second day out. How's the leg healing by the way? I'm talking to the ppl who are semi-sane.

Coffee is your friend. Everyone else is an acquaintance.
