Ya Donutz I dove right in. I didn't go heavy as I didn't know where I would be poundage wise so I just did a simple pyramid routine. Some were super lite so I adjusted and started over.
My job is very physical so I am not totally out of shape. I feel fine and didn't over do it. Still a shock to the muscles hahahaha
