Hey guys thanks a bunch for the feedback. I really appreciate it. I definitely see what you guys are talking about with the upper body movement. It does look kinda odd haha. It's funny you mention it because I actually just started lifting to help out my leg strength. Good to know it'll help out a bit.
I heard core strengthening like with abs and back helps too? Does anyone know more about that?
