Advice on board

Just a quick question as I'm looking for some advice.

I'm a beginner snowboarder (some indoor and 1 week on the pistes) and am looking to get my own board as the rentals I've been given have been an absolute nightmare.

Anyway I'm not looking to spend too much money just yet and have had been offered a used set up - Millennium 3 152cm with flow bindings and a pair of saloman boots for 110

My stats:
Height 5'8
Weight 175lb

The same guy is also offering my friend (150lb 5'7") a quechua board 150cm & bindings and a pair of saloman boots for 90

So is this guy trying to hustle us or would this be an okay set-up for learning?
