Like others on this thread have said... mid-wide is good enough. I have a mid-wide board (26.0 cm WW) with US11 boots. With a +15/-15 duck stance I have just the right overhang. Any less and it'll be more effort steering the board. Have you tried the Rossignol Angus? Check out the reviews for the Wasteland, Raptor and Angus here:
