Post Summer is so long, let's chat while we wait for snow !

Hey everyone, just a quick post to say hi to all you guys.

I'm a 24years old guy from Quebec,Canada and i been skiing since i'm 5 . I had the chance to live my whole childhood 20min away from a nice 50ish slopes mountain and had saturday ski class from 5 to 10 . I switched to snowboard back in ~97' when i was 10, took snowboard lessons for a year . I still remember my first board, it was a Sin board and fix combo, pretty cheap stuff, then moved to a Salomon Fs 157 wich i still have collecting dust arround lol . Anyway, i consider myself a pretty good rider in the slopes but i haven't touch the park, ever. At the end of last winter i decided i wanted to update my stuff and learn and get serious with the park and jibing .

My brand new setup for this year will be a 2011 DC PBJ 159W along with 2011 Burton c60 L/XL bindings. I know this is a really soft board but i intend to spend 70% of my time on the mountain in the park. I'm a little concerned the bindings might be a little too stiff for park riding, we'll see. Let me know if you prefer soft or stiff bindings. I'm gonna need to look into boots too because mine are way too used, gonna look for the softest boots i can find for my foot size (13).

Hope i didn't annoy you with my story but i just wanted to introduce myself since i been visiting the forum for a while and im so bored waiting for summer to end and get back on the slopes !

Cheers everyone
