the only thing a trampoline will do, besides having fun.. will maybe help you learn to rotate better? at least you could get the feel of rotating. 180's don't take much effort to pull off. I just don't think being on a trampoline is anything like being on the snow.
As for working out goes. I'd say lots of cardio, work out your core, and focus on your legs. Can you afford some dumbbells? There are tons of exercises you can do with them.
