I dont think its a big deal really. I will still use both of the services...now if I could just find that last movie I got, I can return it so my queue starts to empty out
I always had that problem with the DVD plan, good thing they forgive a couple lost dvds a year.
My biggest problem is the fact that with increased competition you would think that if they decided to double the price they could do it alongside an upgrade to the service. The damn iPhone app never works right and cuts off all the time and their online collection is just not good enough. I'm thinking maybe a streaming plan with 1 free dvd a month or something, not sure what they could have done but I know they should have done something.
