Agreed, I go to ride deep pow and epic terrain not drink hot toddies, show off my leather\fur\bling and get spa treatments but to each his own.
To me the biggest factor in "difficulty" is snow conditions, if I have a foot of fresh powder I'll literally ride anything but if it's ice\crud\junk forget it, this is why I'm so sold on Utah I've never gone there and not had atleast one mega powder day.
