Yes as long as they make the payment as a "gift" you should avoid any paypal fees. If it happens enough times you will get an email from paypal stating they may start charging you fees or change your account..Ignore it they wont do anything...Its also a good idea to transfer that money to your account tied to paypal asap. Keep in mind that takes a couple of days but like I said its not a good idea to leave money in their sitting.
