Hey, I am going to be in Fairbanks Feb 23-27 this year and wanted to bring my board to try and get to Mt. Aurora on Sunday. I didn't know about Moose Mtn, I'ven never been to Fairbanks so I don't much about anything up there, hence the post. So it looks like I will be done work at noon on Saturday in downtown Fairbanks. How much daylight is there at the end of February? Think I can get some turns in that day? I see that both Moose and Aurora are only open on the weekends, so being that I have one full day to ride (Sunday)conditions being similar which place would you spend the day? Is one much better than the other? Aurora has lifts, Moose has buses.........which resort would you ride if you only had one day to do so?

I am thinking I will rent a car, but would prefer not to. Is it possible to get to either without a car?
