It depends how fussy you are. If you have a day or so in Vancouver you could kit out for an ok price. This time of year when the season has started already you'll most likely have missed out on the sales. That said there are places like The Boardroom who have a clearance store with good deals on last years decks, and softghoods.
No idea what prices are like in Kelowna/Big White but i'd say ,more expensive just because the market is smaller. Someone please correct me if that's a stupid assumption!
