wrathfuldeity already raised a question I would ask, as to what do you mean by "carbon" wax? All waxes are hydrocarbon based similar to alkanes.

Now, if you mean graphite wax (also a carbon structure) then you remove it like any other wax: through depletion, hot scrapes or citrus based board cleaning solutions or any combinations of those.
