as you know, spinning front side is almost effortless, hardly any pop is needed for that. but spinning back side will take a little bit of pop because your rotation will be a tad slower starting off. try getting the hang of the bs spin starting in your normal riding position (regular). just be sure to spin your head and shoulders around all of the way, lead with your upper body. don't huck it, just rotate it. after you learn bs from your comfortable position then you can spin backside out of your switch potion.
