MTH wasn't awful today. The snow was actually pretty good but it was definitely spring-like conditions. Soft, but fast slushy stuff. They had a few park features set up, mailbox rail, up-flat wide butter box, shotgun rail was kinda sketchy approach, corrugated pipe and a mild flat down box. Most of the mountain was open, but there were some brown spots/grass showing just about everywhere. The rain wasn't bad, mostly it was just mist for a few hours, but it did start to rain pretty heavily right when we were leaving at 430. The rest of this weekend looks like shit with rain & 40-degree high temperature what's left of the snow will be soft and slow probably.
The forecast moving beyond the weekend looks a bit more favorable with a really cold spell in the works so hopefully they can get some more snow blown on these slopes.
I don't think I'll be riding midweek this week, heading up to Treetops in Gaylord this coming weekend for a few.
