Default Need advice on headphones!

I love to listen to good music when I ride. It motivates me to ride a little harder, I guess. Anyways, I always wear a helmet since I wipe out a lot. HA! I wear some regular old Sony in ear headphones. I attach them to my iPhone and play a playlist of my favorite snowboarding music. Problem is, there are times when I need to hear, like when I'm on the lift or talking to my friends. All I want to do, is to be able to pause my music or at least mute it without removing a glove or taking an earbud out. Something on the wire that I can just squeeze. That's all I want. Any recommendations? I'd even settle for a good MP3 player that I could strap to my arm that's durable that I can press a big pause button on. Something. What do you guys use?
