Take Snowolf up on his offer. Either meet him at Hood or put him up in a hotel and have him teach her at Crystal. Either way she will come out a better rider. I don't think you'll find a much better or friendlier instructor on this forum. Personally, I'd take the day of learning and riding at Crystal.
