More likely, are your bindings metal binders vs plastic ones? For whatever reason some of the metal binders ?are too thin, so the screws bottom out before they are tight. Therefore, riding vibrations give you instant stance change. Try adding a washer to them and cranking them down. If they are plastic the teeth are probably worn or they were just crappy binders to begin with. In that case get new ones.
I'm with killclimbz though, the bolts either aren't tight enough, or they are bottoming out. Add a washer, and tighten them down really well.
