not an "expert" but after 1.5 hours you will lose a huge amount of productivity (you can lift as much and as hard but the results would be down x percentage amount)

try breaking up the workout through the day - having one 2 hour session at the gym IMO is not as productive as 2 one hour sessions

not based on science just my own personal experience
