I'm looking to buy a beginners women's snowboard for my girlfriend. As far as requirements, they're pretty lax, size MUST be between 143-148. For the most part she rides all mountain, and is looking for a board to ride that she wont have to get used to a new set up all the time.

As far as money goes, depending on the setup I can go to 300, Don't need boots, just interested in board/bindings.
