Looking for some advice for a trip out to Portland with several days at Mt. Hood. (3/1 - 3/7)

There will be three of us, one timid beginner and two of us that are intermediate. Coming from a "winter" on the slopes of the Mid-Atlantic I am hoping for some natural snow.

Any trails we should most definitely hit? Feel like we will be pretty out of our element there compared to the Pocono's we are used to. Is it worth checking both Ski Bowl and Meadows?
