I'd say the Burlington area would be closest to what you are looking for.
Within 1.5 hour drive to several resorts.
But the cost of living is kind of high.
Pull in a good 6 fig. salary and you should be good to go..............
No really , we don't want anyone moving here, so maybe the PNW is the way to go.
