I picked up a pair of 2012 Celsius Cirrus and they have the best heel hold I've ever had in a boot. The new liner lace lock is superior to anything I have ever seen before. I've always had a problem with heel lift because I have skinny ankles. I'd recommend these. But make sure they're 2012 or newer, because older models don't have this locking mechanism.
