Are the resorts doing enough to make the mountain safe? I understand every skier/snowboarder are responsible for their own safety (wearing protective gear, being aware of your surroundings, and not being reckless). What steps do the resorts take when it comes to safety measures on these runs? It just seem like more than half of these accidents were preventable on both sides.

Running into a snow making machine. Shouldn't that stuff be covered with padding or completely blocked off?
