What would you need a shovel for? And what does a avalanche beacon do? Do avalanches happen a lot there. How would you use a shovel to dig yourself out?
duh, the shovel is to build gnarly back country kickers and sesh that shit all day.
the beacon sends out a rf signal that makes avalanches avoid you, its kind of like a force field around you for protection
