You guys have to realize the suit will likely settle out of court because the alternative means closing at worst acquisition by Talisker.
I think that the suit is a bargaining tactic to lower the rent because of venue concerns (where the case will be held)- beloved PCMR will be fighting a greedy Canadian real-estate conglomerate in Utah courts? PCMR seems to have an upper hand unless it's taken to a Federal Court and even then it's an American resort vs. a foreign company which means it'll still be an uphill battle for Talisker.
When you look at the implied assurances and manifestations of Talisker it's even more likely they'll be estopped from rejecting the renewing/extending of PCMR's lease.
In other words, don't worry... it will likely work out.
