Oh I know I truly was not complaining. I've talked to Jeanine and she is awesome about trying to resolve any issue that you might have. I found a post I think about a day after and it had stated they had arrived and were shipping. About a week earlier someone had posted that they had arrived but they had not.. I believe it was hoped that they would arrive and as you mentioned were held in customs for a bit longer. I always check Thryll out before I order anything to see if they have it first to bad I missed out on the Flux's
