Just curious how you guys setup your bindings in backcountry.
Last time I rode a mololo and the backcountry tour operator set it up at -2 back from the reference point.
What do you backcountry riders like to do so you can surf on the back of your board?
Unless it was an older full camber Malolo that was probably unnecessary. With rocker in front, a setback insert pack, and a pretty good tapered shape that board should float all on its own.
Most boards designed specifically for powder nowadays don't need any extra setback to get a surfy feel. Just get a board designed to surf pow.
As for angles its just what you're comfortable with.
That thing I do to escape the world and have fun with my friends
