Just come for a visit and go out and do some shit around town. Get up in the mtns a. Oup,e days of your visit and hike or bike a bit. If you skateboard hit the Denver skate park, it's free and awesome. There's a little park in vail and Edwards too.
I think you would love the area if you like to get outdoors. Ohio is pretty in it's own way too but the mtns are amazing....
