I'm saying that heat molding in the store basically simulates the heat molding that will take place the entire time you wear the boot. I understand the concept with the intuition liner, and I'm not sure how old your synapses were, but it sounds like they were too big for you to begin with. Any pack out in my liners over 50 days can be easily overcome with a little lace tightening.
