My one concern for this system would be reliability. If I was going on a big jump, and had lots of speed, I would want to be assured my feet won't come out of the binding causing a crash. I'm sure they will have some type of locking system, but the more complex you make something, the more chance there is it's going to break. I do, however, see how this could help some people newer to snowboarding. My hills around my house are 10 mins up 1/2 mins down, and adding time for those who are not very good at doing up their bindings is a pain on the ass. If they could prove it was reliable and not outrageously expensive, then I think some people would really benefit from having them
