Lakewood=Denver to me because I lived right on the edge of Lakewood near Denver before I moved up here. I just can't handle inconsiderate self centered @$$holes anymore... Sure you don't have to worry about getting shot or robbbed or crap like that but you still get the cold shoulder from most people, people cut you off in traffic and almost make you wreck just to get 1-2 dam cars ahead (I pull up 10 feet behind these assholes at the lights, so was it really worth risking my life to get 20-30 feet ahead?)

Basically I'm just jaded by the traffic. Why the hell do all the old people and people without jobs sit at home all day then wait till all the people with jobs are heading home from work till they finally go do there stuff? That just makes the traffic that much worse....

I don't know just a bunch of bad experiences. For example the other day I went down to Denver and was getting gas. After I got done pumping and got back in the car I got a phone call. Well I won't talk on the phone and drive so I answered it real quick to see whats up. It was my boss telling me about a new job. There where about 8 pumps, only 2 of which where being used (one by me) and some asshat comes and knocks on my windows (obviously already upset about something else) and asks me when I'm moving... I look around at the other empty pumps shrug my shoulders and ignore him (since I was already in a conversation with someone else) he then just sits there with his car running behind me waiting for me to move or something. Eventually I get off the phone and he is still chilling there behind me and relized I was off the phone at this point so he came back up to the window with his arms flailing and says "the pumps are for people that need gas, get off your dam phone and move" at this point this is a whopping 3/8 pumps full and one person getting ready to leave. Yes I know I should have made the call elsewhere but my boss was the one that called me, it was urgent, and there where plenty of other pumps open, so I looked at him, laughed, picked my phone back up and "pretended to make a call" ( I only fuck with assholes like this because I have my ccw )

Anyways, up here in the mountains people always wave, say hi, go out of there way to make friendly conversation. Granted there are dicks everywhere, even up here but there are way less dicks and alot more "nice" people. I don't feel like a want to run someone down up here. To each there own I guess. I LOVE DENVER, I just hate 99% of the people
See this is why I'm a country boy. If I lived in the city my knuckle would be bruised every week from punching people like that in the face.
