They have significant hurdles for future growth. Size being the primary one and access being the other. With their size, they're forced to be park only and Squaw pass road is a PITA.
Lately they've been trying to market themselves as more than just a park, but they need to give that up and just focus on being the best park they can be, not just settle for randomly tossing features out on the slope.
