never seen that but I make a "weed casserole" I layer weed (I like kush) some hash, and keef in a bowl! Or sometimes I will take a little ball of hash and roll it in keef. Then make that the topper on an otherwise normal bongit!
Ive never seen the bubble hash in a dispensary but I know people who make it. Way too time consuming.
Speaking of smoking...I was getting stoned this morning watching the boys surf at san buena ventura state beach. small waves tho
