and a bunch of stressed out, douschebag people all competing with each other for the same thing. Anyways that's why I left, It's great if you're wealthy but otherwise it's pretty much a ratrace with not that much of a payoff.
Also depends what your into, I traded the beach for lakes and mountains, just my personal preference.
