steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs - not BBQ. that is grilling
BBQ = Smoke required, low temp/long timing cooking.
we have to draw a line in the sand somewhere. you can put barbecue sauce on a hamburger or steak that you grilled, but that doesn't make it BBQ... if you smoke a steak for 8 hours, then i'll give it to ya... BBQ
