I live in Vegas but I don't go west I head NE into southern UT and ride Brian Head and Eagle Point. I don't really park ride I enjoy riding the steep stuff in pow. I don't mind cruisin groomers on occasion either. I would like to get into some back country but need someone to go with.
PS if you check out meetup.com there is a Vegas snowboard group. I haven't hung out with any of them so I cant say if they are chill or not but it seems like most of them ride BH or mammoth and are mostly into park and groomers.
