I was directed to the BCclassifieds from another thread and, from what I've found, unless I'm missing something, these listings seem very reasonable:
Rental listings on Revelstoke Times Review : local classifieds, buy and sell locally, cars, furniture, pets, real estate, merchandise and more.
Some listings are cheaper than what I pay now in Boulder, CO (granted, Boulder has an absurd rental market).
