well I don't really time myself running i just know i can leave my car after warming up at 5. run a couple blocks down to the sanctuary, back. Do some lat pullups under the ramada at the base. Make it to the top in 40 minutes do some burpies then be down in 30-40 minutes depending on ppl coming up. After all this its usually around 730-8. Ive never really been concerned with running miles in a set time. If im doing this my HR needs to stay at a certain pace that's what i follow when running long distance. My boss however is a ranger and runs 3 miles in under 18. Why im required to do stupid shit
