I used a Salomon board with rocker profile last year and it was a pain in the ass getting washed out, flat basing, even skating around and getting on/off the lift. Haven't tried a hybrid but wondering if the same at all?

Just a little, but nothing you can't handle. You can just engage one of the camber sections anyway to minimize it.
Arbor's full rocker felt a little squirrely when flat basing. More than squirrely I just couldn't control it as well if purefly flat basing.
