Backstop, That patio looks great! That kind of work is AZZ-BUSTING! Two years ago, I put in a similar paver patio with two paver staircases out to the backyard, and four terraced, raised garden beds. It's incredible how a hand dug hole in the ground absorbs a pickup truck load of crushed stone. It's brutal doing it with a shovel and 5-gallon buckets. You deserve a case or three of your favorite suds.

This year's projects were much more funner for me.

I built two skin-on-frame kayaks. One 17'9" ultra-low volume West Greenland kayak, and one 13' recreational kayak. Over 150 yrs in the Greenland and over 100 yrs in the rec.
