binding rating for Nitro Team

It's gonna be my 2nd season on the snow and I am looking for gears to buy.
Snowboarding is my new obsession…

I already have the boots: Nitro Anthem (27,5).
I am probably going for the board: Nitro Team Camber 155
I guess this is the right size? I am 168 cm / 80 kg
I am mostly riding on the pist (80) and hit pows if possible (20%).

So I still need bindings…
I checked the followings… but it would be helpful, since you do have much more experience than I do, to comment like, "this one is good", "this one sucks", "this one is too soft for you" or "this is way too expensive"
All bindings/prices are of the last season (2011/2012)

Burton Cartel (170 Euro)
Nitro Phantom (170 Euro)
Nitro Battery (160 Euro)
Nitro Blackhawk (140 Euro)
Union Force (160 Euro)
Rome 390 trippy (135 Euro)

I read lots of good things about the romes in this forum, but I heard that these are going to be too soft for my needs. Is this correct? Price is really good… but you can see, that I am trying to stay in the 150 Euro area.
The Rome Targa and the Burton Cartel restricted are over 200…

Thanks for any replies!
Cheers from Germany.
