BTW I've got a Finnish background so I can probably make better cabbage rolls than you. Instead of tomato sauce we fry ours in butter and brown sugar.
Oh and our Finnish bread (pulla) is made with sugar in the dough, sugar on top, and then you toast it and eat it with sugar and cinnamon. Finnish pancakes are thin and have sugar in them, best way to eat is with lemon juice and sugar on top. I think we have a sugar fetish.
Okay, first off, big fans of the Fins. One day, I will go there to experience what that country can throw my way. I also put different toppings on mine too like fried breadcrums :P Butter an brown sugar sounds amazing, but I cant see that going with beef myself
And those pancakes, sound amazing... are they as thin as crepes?
