Those are all good companies. If you get Burton bindings, make sure they come with universal mounting disks so you can fit them on your board. Ride makes some really nice bindings. K2 has some good ones too although I have used them personally. Check out the Cartels or Malavitas from Burton and then comparable models from Ride and K2.
For boots its all about fit and comfort, but I'd start with the thirtytwo boots since I've heard some really good things about them. Ride, Burton, and K2 will probably be the next best, but Salomon and Rossignol make decent stuff too.
