I got some new 8.5, my foot is between an 8.5 and 9 on the foot measuring tool at REI.

I just walked for 1/2 hour in them and no issues except my damn toes. They're up against the tip of the boot.

Will they pack out a 1/2 size for sure or depend on the boot? Do I have to board to pack them out or will walking work?

I would like to not keep walking in boarding in hopes they'll pack out only to find they won't.

Kinda new to this so help a guy out.
